How can I claim my Fun Freebie?
To claim your Fun Freebie, you must buy a promotional bottle of Robinsons Double Concentrate which features a special Fun Freebie bottle tag and retain your itemised till receipt. You must then write your name, address and email address on the back of the bottle tag. You must enclose your completed tag, till receipt and a cheque or postal order made payable to “Robinsons” for the required postage amount (maximum £2), in a stamped envelope addressed to Robinsons Fun Freebies, PO Box 1000, Warrington WA4 6YB.
What is a Fun Freebie?
Robinsons Double Concentrate has created 3 items as free gifts with purchase. The items have been selected by the Robinsons team to celebrate our philosophy “Make Robinsons, Make Fun!”
- Connect a straw – These fantastic kits allow Robinsons drinkers to create their own wacky straw designs by connecting the pieces together in any number of combinations. You can then watch as your favourite Robinsons flavours travel through the maze of tubes and connectors, even mixing different Robinsons flavours to make brand-new, mash-up flavours!
- Fun Cooler – This is a cooler which can be filled with delicious Robinsons Double Concentrate and water to make ready-made squash. This is then kept in the fridge so that everyone in the family can serve themselves a cool glass of Robinsons.
- Fun Cups – These specially created fruity Robinsons tumblers are available in 4 juicy colours and have a swooshy middle for extra fun when drinking your favourite Robinsons flavours.
When can I start claiming?
The promotion starts 5th March 2012 and we will start processing claims from this date.
What is the last date for submission of my claim?
Applications close on the 30th April 2013. Claims received after this date cannot be processed.
Which products are taking part in this promotion?
The promotion runs on Robinsons Double Concentrate featuring special promotional bottle tags. The tags are one of the essential conditions for claiming a Fun Freebie.
Why do we have to send a cheque or postal order if the item is free?
We ask for a cheque or postal order to cover the postage of the item to your home. This payment is to cover postage only. Items cannot be collected.
Do we have to purchase a bottle of Robinsons Double Concentrate to claim?
Yes, you will need to buy a bottle featuring a promotional tag and you will need to keep your itemised receipt as you need both of these to claim.
Who is eligible to participate?
Promotion is open to applications from residents of the UK, aged 16 years or older. Excludes employees and their immediate families of Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd, their agents and anyone else professionally associated with the promotion.
When will we receive the prize?
You should allow 28 days from validation of payment.
How long does payment validation take?
The length of time to validate payment is approximately 10 days.

Can I exchange my Fun Freebie for something else or cash?
No, the item cannot be exchanged.
How should I ensure my Fun Freebie is used safely?
Safety is very important and care should be taken to read the instructions for use, which are supplied with the items.
What will happen with my customer details after the promotion and prize delivery?
If you have ticked the box on the promotional tag to opt in at the time of supplying your postal information, your details will be kept on file for marketing purposes. If you have not ticked this box we will not contact you again.
Will I receive further promotional information from Robinsons after the promotion?
Your personal details will only be used for the purpose of this promotion and not for any other reason, unless you have opted to do so at the time of supplying your postal details.
Who will have access to my information after the promotion?
The promoter and relevant agencies administering the promotion.

If you think you have a fault with your Fun Freebie, please return it to:

What if we can’t get onto the Ready for Ten website?

What if the bottle tag is damaged and I can’t write my details on it?
If the bottle label is damaged to the point that you can't enter your details on the back, please contact the Britvic Consumer Care team here. Please note only parents or guardians can contact the Consumer Care team. Production codes or receipt may be required for verification.
What if we don't have a valid email address?
We have asked for an email address so we can contact you in the event that we need to contact you regarding your claim. Register at any email account provider in order to obtain a valid email address.
Is there a limit to the number of times I can claim?
You can claim more than one Fun Freebie as long as you have a 1 x bottle tag, 1 x proof of purchase and 1 x cheque or postal order for the required postage amount for each Fun Freebie you want to claim. You can only apply for one item per tag.
