This quiet, safe and secluded park could be a wonderful little oasis. The 'playground' is unappealing and bordering on the dangerous at times. Both my kids learnt to ride their bikes on the footpath around the edge but it is more like an off-road course! The Football pitch is always muddy when wet and like a dust bowl when dry. I think it's seclusion has also been its downfall - out of sight, out of mind. It's such a shame as, if improved, this little park would be so popular with the local community which is full of families with young kids. Relay the path and install a modern and safe playgound area and Morley Road Park would become a hub for the local community.
