Free Legoland Windsor hotel rooms - but there's a catch

Legoland Windsor is opening its first Lego themed hotel in March 2012, with advance booking opening this week. And some luckily families will get to stay there for free - provided you leave your dignity at the door.

This Saturday,  the Legoland resort is giving away a whole hotel’s worth of free rooms - all families have to do is turn up at the hotel booking desk on that day in their pyjamas and the first 150 will be booking in for a fun fuelled stay.  Yes, that's right - your PJs. Normal rates are from £285 low season or £385 high season for a themed family room (two adults / two children), including breakfast and park tickets for two days. Guests will also enjoy special benefits including early bird access to the park.  So dig out your best negligee and you could be in for quite a saving.

Funday Friday at Drayton Manor

What is it with these theme parks and their compulsion to make visitors dress up? This is an easier one - wear something blue to Drayton Manor in Staffordshire this Friday and you'll get in for only £10. You'll need to print out a voucher from here as well.
