Providing links for lots of different recipes is great. Could I just say though, the apple & walnut muffins recipe would be more suitable for children with diabetes if it gave a nutrition breakdown, especially of the carbs content? That would help parents or kids calculate how to balance it with insulin. There's no reason why children with diabetes need special recipes; just healthy recipes with info.

Ooooo what a lovely collection of recipes! I must admit one of my favourite recipe books is Tana Ramsey's Family Kitchen (I've probably said that before)... she has a fab range of dishes, some easier than others but something for everyone.
There is also a fab cookie recipe I make with the kids when the weather is a bit rubbish and we don't want to venture out... it's great for cookie cutters as it doesn't get stuck in them, and not too long for kids to wait for them to bake.
Now I'm hungry :-)
