Our second Christmas competition: LEGO® Star Wars

UPDATE: This competition is now closed. Winners are being notified now.

This year we're doing our best to help families take the sting out of Christmas shopping. In our second giveaway, we're thrilled to offer five brilliant LEGO® Star Wars sets. Is there a little (or big) person in your house who'd like to see Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator set on Christmas morning?

The force is strong with LEGO® Star Wars

Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator is a new LEGO® set that delves deep into the Star Wars universe. As the evil Darth Maul speeds down to the surface of Naboo in his stealthy Sith infiltrator, he prepares to do battle against Queen Amidala’s protectors, Captain Panaka and Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn. Darth Maul’s Sith Infiltrator features folding wings, opening hatches, detailed interior, flick missile, landing ramp, and detachable Sith speeder and probe droid.

How to win a LEGO® Star Wars set

It's easy – all you need to do is comment on this post with the name of your favourite Star Wars character, and why you like them. There's no right or wrong answer, of course, and the five winners will be drawn at random at 5:00pm on Thursday 8 December.

All it takes is a comment and you're in the running – good luck!

I love the Ewoks. (My husband laughs at me.) For nostalgia, I think. They remind me of watching Star Wars when I was a child.

Hello? Hans Solo. A youthful Indiana Jones, err, I mean Harrison Ford, in those tight trousers and a slightly cheeky demeanour. Dreamy

I am really looking forward to seeing the Santa Yoda in my son's advent calendar - as is he! But I probably like Princess Lela - something about that hair - so neat and so unlike my own!

Have always like Chewbacca the most - he's the one that has stayed in my memory from watching the films as a child.

I had an Ewok lunch box when I was about 8. With a flask and everything - I loved it! My 5 year old would want me to say Darth Vadar though.

Han Solo is far and away the coolest character throughout all the films. If only the force was strong with him too, then he would be cool, calm, confident, driving a millenium falcon, wielding a light sabre and moving things with the power of his mind. If only!
